Requesting an invite is a request, not a purchase. We review every application ourselves and approve at our discretion. We are not obligated to explain a decision, and approval can be withdrawn at any time.

Being on the Guest List means you receive invitations. It does not mean free entry. Most of our events are ticketed, and Guest List members buy tickets like everyone else. What the list gets you is the invitation and, usually, the chance to buy before anyone else.

Membership is personal to you and cannot be transferred, sold, or shared.

Apply with accurate information. We vet real people, and an application that misrepresents who you are will be denied or removed.

If you opt in, we send party invitations, music releases, merch, and updates by email and by text. Up to 6 messages a month.

Consent to receive messages is not a condition of joining the Guest List, of attending an event, or of buying anything from us. You can join the list without opting in to either channel.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

To stop receiving texts, reply STOP to any message. To get help, reply HELP or email info@milkandcereal.co. To stop receiving emails, use the unsubscribe link in any email. You can also change what you hear about at any time from the preferences link in any message.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We use Klaviyo to send email and text messages on our behalf. See our Privacy page for how we handle your information.

Tickets are sold through Luma and Partiful. Those platforms handle checkout, and their terms and refund policies govern the purchase. Read them before you buy.

Tickets admit one person unless the listing says otherwise. Buying a ticket is not a guarantee of entry — see below.

Events can change. Venues, times, and lineups may move, and events may be postponed or cancelled. If we cancel an event outright, we will arrange refunds through the ticketing platform. A change of venue, time, or lineup is not a cancellation.

Do not resell tickets above face value. We void resold tickets when we find them, without refund.

We reserve the right to refuse entry or ask anyone to leave, at any time, for any reason, without refund. This is rarely used and it is the whole reason our rooms work.

You must be 21 or older and present valid government-issued ID at the door. The name on your ticket must match your ID.

Venues have their own rules — capacity, dress, ID, security, and closing time. Those apply on top of ours and we do not override them.

Behave well. Harassment, aggression, or making other guests uncomfortable gets you removed from the room and from the Guest List.

You attend at your own risk. Our events involve loud music, low light, crowds, and sometimes alcohol. Look after yourself and the people you brought.

We photograph and film our events. By attending, you consent to appearing in that material and to our use of it, including on social media and in promotional material, without payment.

If you would rather not appear, tell us at the door or email info@milkandcereal.co and we will do our best to honor it.

If you send us photos, video, or anything else and we use it, you keep ownership and give us permission to use it with credit.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Milk & Cereal LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site, your membership on the Guest List, or your attendance at an event.

Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the ticket in question.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, where the law does not allow that limitation.

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change when we do. Continuing to use the site or attend events after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
