When you request an invite. Your name, email address, phone number, city, Instagram handle, gender, and how you heard about us. Whether you opted in to email and to text, along with the date, time, and IP address of that choice.

When you attend. Whether you were invited to an event and whether you showed up.

When we message you. Whether an email was opened or a link was clicked, and whether a message was delivered.

When you visit this site. Basic technical information your browser sends — IP address, browser type, pages viewed. We use this to keep the site working. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics pixels on this site.

We do not collect payment information. Tickets are sold through Luma and Partiful, and your payment details go to them, not to us.

To review your application and decide whether to invite you. To send you invitations and updates on the channels you agreed to. To know who came to which event, so we can run better ones. To keep a record of your consent, which we are required to hold. To keep the site secure.

We review applications ourselves. Nothing here is decided by an automated system.

We use a small number of services to run this. They process your information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Klaviyo — sends our email and text messages, and stores the profile information needed to do that.

Supabase — stores our database, including applications, profiles, and consent records.

We share your name with a venue's door staff when you are on the list for an event there. Nothing else.

We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the safety of our guests.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for advertising. We do not rent, trade, or hand our list to anyone.

Phone numbers collected for text messaging are used only to send you the messages you opted in to. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or consent information with anyone for their own marketing.

Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them. Reply HELP or email info@milkandcereal.co for help.

We keep your profile for as long as you are on the Guest List. If you ask us to delete it, we will.

We keep consent records — what you agreed to and when — for at least five years after you opt out. We are required to be able to show that consent existed, and this is the only thing we retain after a deletion request.

Change what you hear about. Use the preferences link in any message to turn parties, releases, or merch on and off, or to stop hearing from us on a channel entirely.

See what we have. Email us and we will send you a copy.

Correct it. Email us and we will fix it.

Delete it. Email us and we will remove your profile and take you off the list.

Stop messages. Reply STOP to any text. Use the unsubscribe link in any email.

We respond to these requests within 45 days, and we will not treat you differently for making one.

If you are in California, the CCPA gives you these rights explicitly, along with the right to know what we collect and who we share it with — which is what this page tells you.

Access to our database is limited to the two of us. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest by our providers. No system is perfectly secure, but we hold very little and we keep the circle small.

This site and our events are for people 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we delete it.

We use only the cookies needed to make the site work. No advertising cookies, no third-party trackers, no cross-site profiling.

We may update this page. The date at the top will change when we do. If we ever change it in a way that materially affects how we use your information, we will tell you directly.
